What is your return policy?
Please be in touch within 24hrs of placing your online order to request a cancellation. If your order has already been shipped, it is non-refundable.
Please Note: Items that need to be ordered are not eligible for cancellation after 24hrs.
How soon should I receive my order?
If the product is in stock, we prepare them to ship out to you in approximately 2-5 business days, and then depending on your location will determine your estimated delivery date. All orders will be provided with tracking information for you to follow. Delays in shipment and delivery can be a result of in-stock or ordered items, holidays, weather, or busy season. We kindly ask for your patience during these times as we are doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
What if my item arrives damaged?
We personally inspect and package your pieces with care prior to placing your parcel in the hands of a third-party delivery service. Once it has been sent, we will notify you of the shipping company and tracking information. The Chapel Street Guesthouse is not liable for any damages after the product has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away at info@chapelstreet.ca and we will try our best to help resolve the issue.

What does In Stock and Order mean?
In Stock – The item is currently in stock and ready to be shipped out in approximately 2-5 business days.
Order – The item is currently out of stock and will be ordered once added to your cart and purchased. Approximate lead times will be provided for all ordered items via email after your purchase has been made.
What are the lead times for items that need to be ordered?
Depending on the piece, the item can take anywhere from 2-10 weeks. These are approximate lead times which are subject to change. We will always provide you with an approximate lead time at the time of checkout!
